Honshuichi - Muroka Junmai Size:720 ml Gokyo “Five” Blue is theThe name Honshuichi is composed of the words Honshu (Japans largest island) and ichi, meaning one indicating the goal of being the number one brand in the region. This muroka (unfined sake) was brewed with international drinkers in mind; by avoiding charcoal fining, the full flavor is better preserved.
