Chateau de Janicon Graves 2022 FRFLSH Hand-harvested using only first-pressed juiceFrom a sixteenth century estate surrounded by ancient oak and chestnut trees, winemaker Lou Rochet crafts a Bordeaux blend of elegant power. This 2022 shows aromas of black cherries, plums, ripe cassis, and herbal notes alongside rich fruit with lovely texture and refined, silky yet structured tannins. Hand harvested grapes fermented by parcel create length and spice, showcasing the third generation's commitment to quality.
