Balance Brewing & Blending Blended Cider Aged On Ernest + Admiral Style_Mead aged for at least oneFor this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. We then dry hopped with a combination of Admiral and Ernest from Hukins Hops in Kent.
