Ch Haut Mayne Sauternes '23 reeve wines remy saves the sea rose Reviewers describe the wine asEnticing notes of honeyed apricot and delicate orange blossom waft from the glass, complemented by a subtle hint of botrytis. On the palate, this Sauternes reveals a luscious sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity, leading to a lingering finish of candied citrus and warm spice. Ideal for pairing with rich desserts like crme brle or a savory blue cheese, this wine enhances both sweet and salty flavors beautifully.
