Like the Tech 10 (204145), it features a 3M PSA backing; attach the pad to a backing plate or master lap and use with cerium oxide, tin oxide or diamond compound. Made of high density all natural wool felt that is 1 8" thick and comes with a punched out 1 2" arbor hole.
