Jikon - Junmai Ginjo - Yamadanishiki Size:720 ml The label represents the gentleSixth generation owner and brewmaster Tada Onishi believes that its his job not to make the sake, but to cultivate the natural ingredients and allow them to do what they do best. In this case, the result is a junmai ginjo with lush aromas of melon and flowers, a fruity taste and a bright acidity. Allocations of Jikon products are exceptionally limited, so get your hands on it while you can!
