FEW Straight Bourbon Whiskey SPS21 crushed strawberriesThe flagship bourbon from FEW Spirits in Evanston, Illinoisthe town's first legal distillery since Prohibition. Founded in 2011, FEW does everything in house: grain to glass production with a 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley mash bill, locally sourced ingredients, and aging in Minnesota oak barrels.
