Paramount Crystals, 16oz Candy Cup 5-6 Tbl WaterThese crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate and yogurt coatings. Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also helps to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating. Add 1 4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached. *HINT: Melt Paramount Crystals first, then add
