Heather Honey | Soft Set Honey deli ‘grassy’ with a smooth butteryIn Northumberland we have an abundance of Ling Heather which produces the most superior quality Heather honey. We move our bees to the Northumberland Heather moors in August to produce this most amazing honey. If looking for a rich deep flavoured honey, you are in the right place! New season Heather Honey back in stock, but be aware, the harvest from 2025 is fairly limited due to extensive loss of Heather moorland in the 2025 season. 340g round jar
