Social Experiments: The Office Chorus All Items I explore themes surrounding physical

I explore themes surrounding physical discomfort and emotional strain through depictions of these strung up creatures

The painting 'The Green Lady Returns' refers to an ancient British folkloric figure

inviting viewers into spaces of disappearance

Some scientists paid for it with their lives

My interest in folk tales and other stories draws on their existential and creationist narratives to seek connections through deep time until the present

Social Experiments: The Office Chorus All Items I explore themes surrounding physicalA sculptural element of a site specific mutiformat installation called Social Experiments which included film and performance. First shown at SET Woolwich which was previously the old home of HMRC and Greenwich Council and sat empty for years. The three sculptures feature in a video work as a chorus, a duet is performed by two dancers around them. The sculptures look on like office workers on tea break, made form materials that reference the building.
