Little Pomona Hard Rain Hot Pink 2022 3.4% (750ml) Bourbon with aromas of wild honeyHot Pink is back with a brand new vintage, bringing together the second pressing of Kingston Black apples and Dabinett. Spontaneously fermented, then dry hopped for a short period with US Simcoe hops, chosen for their wonderful aroma and flavour rather than any bitterness. Bottled with a little sugar and blackcurrant juice to induce not only a beautiful colour but a second fermentation in the bottle. A super refreshing, naturally sparkling juice bomb
