She shipped lovely, but she may lose a couple of leaves as she settles in (this cultivar is just a little picky as she establishes). She may do absolutely fine, all of her leaves are perfectly firm right now, but just a word of experience. She's measuring in at about 3. 5" across her widest point. Mature (but short) stem only, just arrived. This succulent was listed to our site on October
