Felt Combination Buff Marking Pliers 000rpm to have greater flexibilityThis medium density, high grade wool felt buff features two finishing surfaces mounted onto a wood mandrel. The inside ring end offers a 4"L work area and tapers from 3 4" to 1 2", ideal for the inside of ring shanks and other highly curved surfaces. The wheel end is 2" in diameter with straight sides, great for use on flat surfaces. Use with a tapered spindle.
