Amabuki - Blood Orange Apollon Sake warmer A scent like a bouquetAmabuki Brewing Companys signature flower yeast sake is mixed with blood orange, lemon, passion fruit, ume fruit, grapefruit and sugar. The bright red color comes from a polyphenol in the pulp of blood oranges that bathed in plenty of sunshine. Although Amabuki normally uses Japanese words like Fujin (god of the wind) and Raijin (god of lightning), this time they borrowed the Western name Apollon, after the sun god Apollo.
