A FEW FLAWS BUT NO DEAL-BREAKERS There are a few things I wish Trek had done better with the Velocis
Ive spent not just one day on the water testing these reels, but often weeks or even years
Then I secured the wires to the frame with cable ties, but I had to do a little more work getting my charger sorted out
My renewed interest in these fine little reels prompted a drag upgrade, fitting up to date carbon washers, which will help a smidgen
Spending the summer in the mountains would be ideal
Soft bags should have a PVC lining and a compression-molded bottom that keeps water from wicking up
