baitcasting catfishing reels A&S PC-7000 Catfish Baitcast Reel 1 brass gear system stands up to repeated battles with hard Catfish Pro Tournament Series 600

Lubricate regularly: A drop of oil on the gears and bearings after each trip prevents rust and keeps the reel smooth

It is not just limited to baitcasting

Maybe I should have worn it more: Personally I have always liked using the Roboworm 4" in a purple or shad color for drop shotting

From a performance standpoint, this line was fantastic

Fishing deep, Carnright was using a 25-foot leader, retying a ton and still breaking off a half dozen times or more in a day

You can finesse a spinnerbait in many ways whereas a chatterbait really only performs when youre chunking and winding. Bohlman also noted that bass will hit a spinnerbait on the fall, as the blade will twirl like a helicopter during the descent, making it effective in deep and shallow water
