Finding no love at 280 grains, I decided to add some mass and looped on an 11-weight head
But if you fish a fair amount, I think finding a quality reel for around $100 is a good move
I dont think i can ever go back
This bag is super lightweight and seemingly (so far) very durable
There are even small pockets sewn into the waist band itself which I found very useful for a hiking map, snacks or useful smaller items that you want to keep close at hand like medical gloves or a head torch
Its 15L capacity may not suffice for longer trips or more gear
