Okuma Andros 2 Speed A Series Reel Review We recently had the opportunity to take a set of Okuma Andros 2 Speed A Series reels into a situation where we really got to put them through their paces and see how they perform in a larger than life fishing situation

I prefer mid-to-large-arbor reels, as Ive found they really do make a big difference in line retrieval rates

Additionally, the materials used in the rod and reel can impact durability and overall performance

The Magnumlite Rotor is made from the same Ci4+ material to ensure a rigid and lightweight design, requiring less inertia for a smoother reeling experience

Using straight flouro line and a 7' ft medium heavy and never had this issue with other hooks

Upgrade pretty much everything else before moving on to the fly reel
