B12 is typically administered intramuscularly into the deltoid (upper arm) or the gluteal muscle
These injections last just under a week, so it is recommended to receive the injections twice a week, and include a Vitamin B12 shot for maximum benefit
Today however, the shot barely hurt but half an hour later I got a shooting pain down my arm and around my elbow, its now spread into my armpit but it doesnt really go down to my wrist its mainly upper arm and armpit but its slightly creeping into my neck and shoulder
