These supplements contain a peptide called glutathione, which some bio-hacking enthusiasts have taken to calling the mother of all antioxidants. Creators also hawk glutathione supplements in capsule, liquid, gel and powder form (to say nothing of skin care serums, patches and injectables that include the chemical)
Similar to other plant oils, it's loaded with nourishing and moisturizing fatty acids : it's a high linoleic acid oil (70%) and has only smaller amounts of oleic acid (11%) (this might be great for acne-prone skin)
This includes vegans and vegetarians, older adults, individuals with atrophic gastritis, pernicious anemia, gastrointestinal disorders, those who have had gastrointestinal surgery and people who take certain medications including, but not limited to, estrogen (HRT), and birth control pills
