I just dont get why this has happened as I have been self injecting B12 every month no problem for a long time until now, although I have had similar problems in the past when trying to get my levels right (that I have posted about on here)

TCB II: 4247kDa protein Essential protein in the delivery of vitamin B12 to cells and tissues The production site of TCB II is primarily hepatocytic, and secondarily endothelial, monocytic and intestinal Functions of vitamin B12: B12 acts as a cofactor for two key enzymatic reactions: Methionine Synthase (cytoplasm): Converts homocysteine methionine Requires methylcobalamin Supports DNA synthesis via the folate cycle (regenerates tetrahydrofolate) Methylmalonyl-CoA Mutase (mitochondria): Converts methylmalonyl-CoA succinyl-CoA Requires adenosylcobalamin Involved in fatty acid and amino acid metabolism Elevated vitamin B12 (hypervitaminemia B12) While vitamin B12 deficiency is commonly discussed, elevated serum B12 (hypercobalaminemia) is less common and often overlooked or misinterpreted
Failing to Specify Audio-Only Modality Each encounter note must explicitly state that the visit was performed using audio-only synchronous communication (no video used)
The peptide promotes blood vessel formation, which could theoretically support tumor growth
Doses as high as 2 mg (2,000 g) daily by mouth or 1 mg monthly by intramuscular (IM) injection have been used to treat pernicious anemia without significant side effects (136)
It simplified my workflow significantly and ensured that my samples remained viable for extended periods
