Dalton - Canaan Moscato Bottle:0.75l fruchtig für Sommerpartys und GrillabendeSparkling with a little of its own natural carbon dioxide Rogov score 87 Production: The grapes were hand picked at the peak of their ripeness in late September. The winemaker's intention was to produce a wine that was light, fruity and bubbly and low in alcohol. Slow, cold fermentation was encouraged, intended to preserve as much of the wine's aromatic nature as possible. When the alcohol content reached 5%, fermentation was stopped. Taste: Moscato
