according to the careful discretion of our cellar master

Ruby red in color

a hint of Williams Christ pear and final apple

gradually increasing to 24ºC to preserve the fruity aromas and prevent excessive tannin extraction

2017 Saulheimer Spätburgunder Kalkstein Trocken Thörle Jeb Dunnuck – 95+ Punkte:EinJames Suckling 95 points: Plenty of candied redcurrants and strawberries on this one, as well as orange and lemon tart. The full bodied palate has real depth and chewy tannin detail, which makes this a structured pinot noir that will need a few years to soften. Long but elegant on the finish. Drink in 2022.
